That said, filing is not as difficult as it seems ...or perhaps that's because I've already done it, and the research beforehand. I would like to point out that the management structure of this entity can appear confusing. "Member-managed' (owners) operate the business on a day-to-day basis, while a "manager-managed" LLC means members hire an outside employee to manage the business.
